Refund policy

At CKSNKRS, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we operate on a made-to-order dropshipping model through trusted suppliers, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must then be returned within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Shoes must not have been worn outdoors.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, odours, or missing packaging may be refused.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
